Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Crew Member in Washington state to deliver the MOD Pizza experience to every guest. You will prepare pizzas and salads, ensure fast, friendly service, and maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards in a dynamic, welcoming setting.

The role emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn, with eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits as hours justify. Compensation is hourly with tips.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to do the following.
• Demonstrate a passion for people and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates.
• At least 16 years old.
• Some states restrict tools until 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined by MOD resources and training.
• Keep store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to guests, vendors and crew.
• Demonstrate hospitality fundamentals (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team and restaurant success.
• Engage with guests and get to know them during their visit.
• Maintain serving mindset and uphold quality during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun to create the MOD experience for squad and guests.
