Domino's Pizza in Columbus, Nebraska is seeking a Pizza Cook / Shift Lead to join our busy store. You will help with cooking, assembling orders, and leading team members during shifts, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Taking and Making Orders: you will assist our team in taking orders, making them and seeing that they are delivered by drivers or picked up by the customer in store (or brought to their car).
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and food safety compliance.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment. Resolve customer complaints and build strong customer relationships both in and outside of store.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality and food safety. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
