Avocet Hospitality Group is hiring a Pizza Cook for Pinky’s on the Beach at 1 Center St, Folly Beach, SC 29439. The role offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and on-site opportunities in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include preparing and baking pizzas, prepping ingredients, maintaining the pizza station, and ensuring food safety standards while working with a collaborative team during high-volume service periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial pizza-making experience.
• Experience hand-stretching dough and using commercial pizza ovens.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume kitchen.

• Prep sauces, toppings, cheeses, and other ingredients for daily service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the pizza station.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Work efficiently with the team during busy service periods.
