Job summary

Dimo's Pizza in Chicago is seeking passionate cooks for Wrigleyville, Lincoln Square, and Wicker Park locations. This role offers a starting compensation of $16.20/hr plus tips, with the potential to earn $19.00-$24/hour. Responsibilities include cooking and managing food preparations, operating the POS system, and adhering to health codes. The role requires physical stamina and good communication skills. Responsibilities

• Work late nights and weekends as required.
• Stretch, top, and cook pizzas.
• Make pizza varieties as needed.
• Operate POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness to health code standards.
• Manage food inventories and ordering.
• Perform daily preparation tasks.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning.
• Restock and reset after shifts.
• Assist in delivery or FOH as required.

Responsibilities

• Some late nights (after midnight) and weekends
• Stretch, top, and cook beautiful pizzas
• Make pizza varieties to match need
• Operate POS system
• Keep work area clean and tidy up to Chicago health code standards
• Manage food inventories and ingredients to ensure proper ordering
• Perform daily prep
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Restock and reset after each shift
• Assist in delivery or FOH as required

Required Skills

• Move at a rapid pace for a prolonged period of time
