Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Operate the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and handle opening/closing and side work duties.
