Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Cook to join our San Francisco team. This part-time role focuses on high-quality pizza production, sanitation, and teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will operate kitchen equipment, follow opening/closing procedures, and support line checks and prep through each shift.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of pizzas.
• Operate the Dough-Pro machine expertly.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters and knives.
• Maintain proper temperatures of equipment and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
