Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our team and help maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. You’ll ensure timely preparation of all pizzas, master the Dough-Pro machine, and support line checks and prep sheets each shift.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas and station recipes.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work.
• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
