California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. You will prepare pizzas with a focus on quality, sanitation, and efficiency, using the advanced Dough-Pro machine and supporting opening/closing station duties.

We value teamwork, friendly service, and a passion for great food. Three to six months of related experience is preferred; tipping is available for eligible roles, and benefits are provided where eligible.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes.
• Operate and be proficient with the Dough-Pro machine.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for your station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperatures of equipment and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
