Job summary

PIVOTPoint WNC in Asheville, NC is looking for experienced Support Guides to join our therapeutic adventure program. We are an AEE-accredited organization dedicated to meaningful youth engagement and personal growth through outdoor experiences.

This role offers a clear pathway to Lead Guide within 6 months. You will facilitate hiking, rafting, paddle boarding, rock climbing and more while supporting teens facing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use challenges.

Qualifications

• Prerequisites: 2+ years direct care experience, current WFA and Adult CPR certifications, and outdoor/adventure group facilitation background.
