- Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-ups, and presentation refinement
- Collaborate with investment banking teams to ensure consistent messaging across pitches and engagements
- Support light execution tasks and coordination during active transactions, as needed

A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Pitchbook & Deal Pipeline Analyst to support business development efforts, deal sourcing initiatives, and transaction tracking. This role is ideal for candidates interested in front-end deal origination, client-facing materials, market research, and internal deal intelligence, with exposure to live transactions and senior bankers.
- Create, update, and maintain pitch books, teasers, and marketing materials for prospective clients and transactions
- Support senior bankers in deal origination and business development efforts
- Track and manage the firm’s deal pipeline, including mandates, pitches, live deals, and closed transactions
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support pitch narratives and strategic positioning
- Prepare comparable company analyses, precedent transaction summaries, and high-level valuation outputs
- Maintain internal CRM systems and deal databases with accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-ups, and presentation refinement
- Collaborate with investment banking teams to ensure consistent messaging across pitches and engagements
- Support light execution tasks and coordination during active transactions, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills, with a sharp eye for detail and formatting
- Solid understanding of investment banking products, M&A processes, and capital markets
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple pitches and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Prior internship or experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or related fields is a plus
