Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year related experience or training preferred.
• Must complete training and obtain certification in assigned area.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and calculations.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer use.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operates powered industrial trucks (PIT) and can certify on all equipment as needed.
• Performs daily checks on equipment prior to operation.
• Picks and packs orders accurately using established practices.
• Restocks picking bins based on WMS reporting.
• Sorts, counts, and receives merchandise.
• Moves product to and from pallet racks with pallet jacks.
• Builds pallets with conveyors for shipment.
• Loads or unloads trucks and labels products as needed.
• Keeps storage space organized and safe, adhering to standards.
• Uses RF/hand scanners to direct work and follow safety rules.
• Meets attendance, quality, and productivity standards.
