GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator II in Missouri. The role focuses on operating powered industrial lift trucks, order picking, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse environment.

You will use handheld scanners and follow our 7S program to support our quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience and holds a valid forklift certification. A flexible schedule with overtime may be required to meet business needs.

1st Shift, Friday - Monday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Weekend 2nd Shift, Friday - Monday, 1:30pm -2:00am
2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to communicate well with leadership and peers

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 lbs.
• Sit, stand or walk for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
