Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator PIT to support our North American distribution network. You will operate forklifts and order pickers, scan items accurately, load/unload trailers, and keep a clean, organized work area under RXO’s 7S standards.

The role emphasizes safety training, teamwork, and reliable communication to ensure efficient inbound and outbound processes. A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift truck (forklift) and order picker to move product and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with high accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Maintain a clean environment per 7S standards.
• Demonstrate commitment to process excellence.
• Perform inbound receiving process.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Operate powered industrial lift truck (forklift) and order picker to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high level of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as required
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence
• Perform inbound receiving process

At a minimum, you'll need:

• To be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks

It'd be great if you also have:

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• A positive attitude and the willingness to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift and move items of various sizes and shapes that weigh up to 50 lbs
• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled and may be hot or cold
