Job summary

Luck Stone Corporation is seeking a skilled Loader Operator at the Kershaw, SC plant to safely operate a CAT 988 loader and deliver strong performance. The ideal candidate works independently, follows safety policies, and maintains equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site preferred.
• Strong awareness of workplace and equipment safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to assist with general construction duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CAT 988 Pit Loader.
• Follow health and safety policies and regulations.
• Inspect, clean, and lubricate equipment and perform routine safety checks.
• Ensure equipment is properly positioned before operation, shutdown, loading, or unloading.
• Promptly report equipment faults or maintenance concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman.
• Assist with other construction-related duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
