Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a PIR Technical Intelligence Analyst to support space and missile-related missions.

You will analyze infrared sensor data, characterize events, assess sensor performance, and develop technical intelligence products for Government customers. The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a strong background in OPIR analysis, and demonstrated ability to produce clear, well-supported reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years in technical intelligence, OPIR analysis, sensor data analysis, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, well-supported reports.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OPIR data, infrared signatures, and missile events.
• Develop technical intelligence reports, target profiles, and signature assessments.
• Evaluate sensor performance including radiometric, temporal, and spectral aspects.
• Perform quality control and validation of analytical data and products.
• Improve analytical methods, data processing, workflows, and automation.
• Prepare technical reports, briefings, and recommendations for Government customers.
• Support development, testing, and transition of analytical tools and capabilities.
• Document procedures and develop training materials for mission continuity.
