Job summary

RigUp is seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer in Phoenix who will contribute to state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You will be on client sites, on average two days per week, ensuring technical quality and adherence to schedule for challenging engineering tasks.

You'll work in a multi-discipline team, learn client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule while designing equipment, facilities, components, and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of pipe stress analysis and support design.

Ideally, you'll also have:

• - Experience working in construction environments, including field verifications
• - Experience with pipe stress analysis software such as AutoPIPE and Caesar II
• - Experience with design tools such as Navisworks and AutoCAD

This role will require someone to be on a client job site a minimum of 2 days/week. Strong communication skills are needed to successfully navigate working with others onsite.
