A leading engineering firm is seeking an Intermediate Piping Design Technician for a six-month assignment in Indianapolis. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in piping design within the pharma, biotech, or oil and gas sectors. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence two days a week. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills and a background in SPID/S3D software. This is not a remote-only position and no visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in piping design is required.
• Must have experience in the pharma, biotech, or oil & gas industry.
• Ability to draft P&IDs/AF&IDs within the SPID software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of lists and reports for the piping project lead.
• Develop SPID/S3D models for process and mechanical systems.
• Generate reports from SPID/S3D software.
