Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in High Point, NC, seeks a skilled welder to join our fabrication team. This hands-on role requires precision welding in multiple positions and strict safety adherence.

You will read blueprints, fabricate metal components, and support installation and repair of equipment. The ideal candidate has SMAW proficiency, five years of pipe welding experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
• Must wear welding attire.
• Familiarity with welding tools, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Pass certifications: Carbon Steel Schedule 40 Pipe, open root, 6G fixed.
