Job summary

Daily tasks span facility and pipeline projects, inspections, and on-site repairs. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years in pipeline welding, fluent English, and ability to work with blueprints and diagrams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a pipeline welder with knowledge of API 1104 welding regulations.
• Must pass welding qualification tests according to API 1104; possess and maintain a valid state welding certification.
• Must have a valid Class D driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipeline design, construction, operations and maintenance tasks for hazardous liquids pipelines.
• Support facility, pipeline, corrosion, measurement, controls and engineering projects.
• Operate heavy equipment, perform mowing, weed eating, painting, spill and emergency response, and building maintenance as needed.
• Inspect pipelines, perform line locates and participate in safety and DOT/PHMSA programs.
