Pipeline Welders are sought by Southeast Connections, LLC to join their team in West Monroe, LA. This role involves welding for the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas pipelines, both in the field and shop environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in various conditions. Candidates should be able to respond efficiently to emergencies and demonstrate practical problem-solving abilities.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• OQ (Operator Qualification) certification in pipeline welding
• Ability to pass pipe welding test for various gas companies, conforming with ASME certification requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and industry standards
• Ability to work long hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts
• Physical ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various environments
• Ability to travel to project sites within a 4-hour radius of the home office
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and job hazards

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Three (3) years of welding experience is preferred
