Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Pipeline and Terminal Operations professional in Monahans, TX to maintain and repair pipelines and facilities. You’ll ensure safe, compliant operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires inspecting assets, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting on-call duties. A valid driver’s license and strong safety mindset are essential, with travel potentially required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate pipelines, valves, pumps, and related facilities to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct damage prevention activities including pipeline patrols, locating pipelines, and inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and complete required documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.).
• Plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and coordinate with employees and contractors.
• Coordinate communications with landowners, agencies, utilities, and other pipeline operators.
• Participate in safety programs, follow policies, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Comply with safety procedures and perform energy isolation lockout/tagout (LOTO).
