Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Pipeline Technician IV based in Hope, BC, to oversee operation and maintenance activities of the Transmission South Pipeline System. You will work in a team environment, performing pigging, valve service and general pipeline duties.

Responsibilities include ensuring pipeline reliability and integrity, completing safety training, and collaborating with stakeholders. Travel up to 50% and extended stays away from home base are required; safety is a core focus of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Pipeline experience – Pigging, or Valve Service.
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 (GD2) or to obtain within first 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to 5-year driving record, criminal check and drug testing.
• Strong focus on safety.
• Experience with Corrosion integrity digs on hot lines (preferred).
• 5+ Years of Ground Disturbance Level Two (preferred).
• Line Locating Certification (preferred).
• AMPP Coating Inspector Level1 (preferred).
• NDE Inspector Experience (preferred).
• Welder Inspector (preferred).
• Safe Work Permit Training (preferred).
• Knowledge of Enbridge SOPs (preferred).
