Job summary

Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services, LLC is seeking a Safety Specialist to support field operations across a regional project footprint. The role emphasizes implementing safety and health policies, conducting training, and driving continuous improvement in regulatory compliance.

Overnight travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided by the company. The position requires a Bachelor's in Safety and Health (or equivalent) and 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations and company safety policies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work in high production environment (50+ hours/week) and under pressure.
• Ability to influence safety program implementation.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the Company Safety and Health Program at project locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Provide safety training and education to personnel.
• Support pre‑job safety planning and emergency response planning.
• Lead safety meetings and trainings to communicate policies.
• Conduct safety audits and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Assist in investigations of injuries and incidents.
• Disseminate safety updates to team members.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and vendors.
• Act as point of contact for OSHA and other authorities when needed.
