Job summary

Plains is seeking a Pipeliners for Wichita Falls, TX to perform maintenance and emergency response duties across pipeline assets. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and field readiness, with opportunities to contribute to reliable operations in challenging outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and the ability to read maps and schematics, operate power tools, and navigate regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience at the prior level.
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Familiarity with PHMSA and OSHA regulations.
• Must have outstanding safety record and ability to complete Haz-Mat, DOT operator, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair pipeline assets to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide rapid, disciplined response as needed.
• Operate site equipment and tools in compliance with safety standards.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience at the prior level
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and schematics
• Proficient in power tool operation (compressors, power sprayers/tools)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Word)
• Familiarity with PHMSA and OSHA regulations
• Outstanding safety record
• Ability to complete Haz-Mat, DOT operator, and safety training
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Valid US driver's license with clean abstract
• Cleared criminal history and satisfactory reference checks
• Compliance with drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment screening
