Plains All American Pipeline is seeking entry-level Pipeliners to join the Oil & Gas Operations team in Crane, Texas. You will engage in hands-on field work, supporting maintenance, inspections, and repairs of pipeline infrastructure while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

This role suits a self-starter who thrives outdoors and values continuous learning. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, the ability to read maps and schematics, and familiarity with PHMSA/OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete Haz‑Mat and safety training.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant work experience preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and perform basic math
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and schematics
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Word)
• Familiarity with PHMSA and OSHA regulations
• Outstanding safety record
• Ability to complete Haz‑Mat training, DOT operator qualifications, and mandatory safety training
• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions (heat, cold, proximity to high voltage/chemicals)
• Valid US driver’s license with clean abstract
• Cleared criminal history and satisfactory reference checks
• Compliance with drug and alcohol policy, including pre‑employment screening
• Authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of employment
