Qualifications

  • Experience working on oil and gas pipelines in field conditions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of pigging operations and related equipment.
  • Familiarity with valves, pumps, meters, launchers/receivers.
  • Strong focus on oilfield safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently in remote field locations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks required by field operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine pipeline pigging operations, including launching and receiving pigs.
  • Operate and monitor pipelines transporting crude oil, natural gas, produced water, and other products.
  • Perform line locating and assist with identifying and marking underground pipelines.
  • Monitor pressures, flow rates, valves, and other operating conditions.
  • Inspect pipelines, valves, fittings, meters, pumps, and related equipment for issues.
  • Open, close, and troubleshoot valves and equipment as required.
  • Perform routine field inspections and document operating conditions and maintenance needs.
  • Identify leaks, pressure issues, equipment failures, and report or correct them.
  • Assist with maintenance, repairs, tie-ins, and other field activities.
  • Follow safety procedures, environmental requirements, and pipeline regulations.
  • Complete required documentation, inspection reports, and records.
  • Coordinate with field personnel, maintenance teams, control room, and contractors.

Overview

  • Perform line locating and assist with identifying and marking underground pipelines.
  • Monitor pipeline pressures, flow rates, valves, and other operating conditions.
  • Inspect pipelines, valves, fittings, meters, pumps, and related equipment for leaks, damage, or abnormal conditions.
  • Open, close, and troubleshoot valves and other pipeline equipment as required.
  • Perform routine field inspections and document operating conditions and maintenance needs.
  • Identify leaks, pressure issues, equipment failures, and other operational concerns and report or correct them as appropriate.
  • Assist with pipeline maintenance, repairs, tie-ins, and other field activities.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, environmental requirements, and applicable pipeline regulations.
  • Complete required documentation, inspection reports, and operational records.
  • Coordinate with field personnel, maintenance teams, control room personnel, and contractors.
Qualifications
  • Previous oil & gas pipeline experience required.
  • Pipeline pigging experience required.
  • Familiarity with pipeline valves, pumps, meters, launchers/receivers, and related equipment.
  • Strong understanding of oilfield and pipeline safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a field environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between field locations as required.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements associated with field pipeline operations.
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
