Job summary

Buckeye Partners is seeking an Apprentice Operator 12-Hour to assist in the operation and maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities in Ohio. This role supports field operations and product control under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in a safety‑driven environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in pipeline operations preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a TWIC card.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field operations: maintain and repair equipment to meet standards.
• Product control: receive and store petroleum products.
• Regulatory compliance: stay aware of regulations and safety procedures.
• Customer service: maintain relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Emergency response: participate in drills.
• Inventory control systems: maintain computer inventory systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
