Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking motivated Engineering Interns for our summer program to join the PL Integrity team in Houston. The internship offers hands-on exposure to assets in the energy portfolio, including gathering, processing, and transmission of natural gas and liquids.

As part of the internship you will assist with process simulations, system modeling, measurements, and field operations, while developing written and verbal communication skills and a solid GPA.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program majoring engineering disciplines include Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical.
• General requirements include self-motivated individuals, involvement in activities outside college studies.
• Above average GPA

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with assets in our energy portfolio, gaining experience in gathering, processing, treating, transmission storing, and export of natural gas and/or liquids.
• Assist with process simulation and system modeling, gas and fluid flow measurements, pipe and vessel sizing calculations, equipment functions, and maintenance requirements, and field operations.
