Job summary

Energy Transfer in Sunray, Texas is seeking a dedicated professional for Pipeline and Terminal Operations. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining pipelines and related facilities to ensure safe, efficient operation across our gas and liquid networks.

Responsibilities include performing inspections, coordinating with contractors, and upholding regulatory compliance while supporting safety initiatives and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with demonstrated safe driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate facilities including pipelines, valves, filters, pumps, gas compressors, storage tanks, and pump station equipment in a reliable and compliant manner.
• Conduct Damage Prevention activities including pipeline patrols, one-calls, locating and marking pipelines, and inspecting line crossings and excavations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and complete related documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.).
• Plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and coordinate work with employees and contractors.
• Coordinate and communicate with landowners, public agencies, contractors, utilities, and other pipeline operators.
• Participate in safety programs and follow policies and procedures.
• Provide on-call support for areas of responsibility on a rotating basis.
• Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO).
