Job summary

Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) is seeking a Pipeline Controller for its Midland, Texas location. The successful candidate will oversee pipeline operations, ensuring safe and efficient control from the center using SCADA systems. Responsibilities include monitoring pressures, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of field-level operational experience or exceptional aptitude for control center work.
• Completion of Operator Qualification Training as required by Plains and the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Successful Console Operator Basic Requirements Assessment (COBRA).

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor pipeline operations including pressure and flow rates.
• Coordinate with field personnel on maintenance and control center activities.
• Complete required daily paperwork and reports.
