Xccelerated Construction Unlimited LLC in Eunice, NM is seeking a dedicated Laborer to support pipeline construction projects. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, operating basic equipment, loading materials, and helping the team stay safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically able to lift 80–100 lbs, willing to work in various weather conditions, and ready to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience is not required, but helpful.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80-100 lbs) for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of pipeline construction safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pipeline construction activities, including site preparation, trenching, and installation.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and tools at job sites.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
• Travel will be required with this position.
