Brice Civil Constructors Inc in Houston, TX, is seeking a Pipelayer to join our on-site team. You will grade trenches, install and connect HDPE pipes, and prepare trenching grounds to support water, storm, and sanitation lines.

This skilled trades position requires attention to safety and accuracy in a field-based environment. You should have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of related pipe-fitting experience, plus experience with trenching tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year related pipe-fitting experience required.
• Experience with buried and PVC piping preferred.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Grade trenches to install pipe.
• Rig slings for installing pipe.
• Hook pipe to sling to lift into trench.
• Assist in positioning pipe in trench.
• Set up and use pipe laser.
• Work safely and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as directed.
