Pay: $25 - $38 hourly (Based on experience and job stability listed on resume)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Pipelayers to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role in heavy civil construction focused on underground utility installation. Ideal candidates will have experience shooting grade, reading plans, transferring elevations, and using pipe lasers, survey equipment, and staking tools. We’re looking for individuals who are self‑motivated, safety‑conscious, and capable of working independently or as a team leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer systems
• Dig and grade trenches to precise elevations
• Shoot grade, transfer elevations, and interpret layout stakes
• Use lasers, grade rods, eye levels, and pipe lasers for pipe alignment and accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layout drawings
• Identify and avoid underground utilities to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
