Job summary

Faith Technologies in Kansas is seeking a Foreman to support daily production execution and coordinate pipe fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly across prefabricated systems. The role requires collaboration with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure material readiness and on-time scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in pipe fabrication or related trades, a High School diploma or GED, and availability for 0-25%

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related trades preferred.
Travel 0-25%.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill levels, material readiness, and area workflow needs.
Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, material handling, and production activities by providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed.
Monitor work progress, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and assist with removing obstacles that impact flow or schedule.
Promote safe work practices, proper PPE usage, 5S expectations, shop procedures, and right-first-time quality while mentoring and coaching production employees.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
