What You'll Do

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pipefitting experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of pipefitting tools, equipment, and installation methods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Preferred

• Completion of a pipefitter apprenticeship program or trade school training.
• Current NCCER Pipefitter certification or equivalent trade certification.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, refinery, power generation, or commercial construction environments.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and high-pressure piping systems.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to operate lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to mentor apprentices and less experienced team members.
