Job summary

Trillium Construction seeks experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for an 8‑week industrial project in the Buffalo, NY area, starting July 13. Work at a natural gas compressor station requires solid industrial pipefitting experience and the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities include large‑bore pipe installation, pipe fit‑up, bolt‑up and torquing, reading drawings, and working with minimal supervision. Bring standard pipefitter tools; PPE is required.

Qualifications

Overview

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for an 8‑week industrial project in the Buffalo, New York area beginning July 13th.

This position supports work at a natural gas compressor station and requires pipefitters with solid industrial experience who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Large‑bore pipe installation
• Pipe fit‑up, bolt‑up, and torquing operations
• Assisting with the installation of industrial piping systems
• Read drawings and layouts
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Provide own standard pipefitter hand tools

Schedule & Pay

• Starts July 13th
• Project duration: Approximately 8 weeks
• Monday: 10 hours
• Tuesday–Thursday: 12 hours per day
• Friday: 10 hours
• 54 hours per week
• $38.00/hour
• $120/day per diem, paid 7 days per week for employees who work the full scheduled workweek.

Requirements

• Extensive industrial pipefitting experience
• Experience with large‑bore pipe fit‑up, bolt‑up, and torquing
• Ability to read drawings and work with minimal supervision
• Standard pipefitter hand tools (pipe wrenches, wrap‑around, levels, squares, tape measure, Blue Book, and other common hand tools)
• High‑visibility shirt or vest and standard PPE required to be worn (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel‑toe boots, etc.)
• Site‑specific orientation and required project training will be provided on site
• Ability to pass all required project onboarding and compliance requirements before starting

Travel Opportunity
