Job summary

Worley is seeking a skilled pipefitter to join our on-site team. The role involves reading blueprints, fabricating and installing various pipe types, and ensuring proper alignment and support of piping systems on industrial projects.

You will work in a field environment with safety and quality at the forefront. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in industrial construction/maintenance, with hands-on experience in pipe fitting, valves, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with pipe fitting, valves, and related field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, ISOs, filed installations, material takeoffs, field sketches, and understand specifications.
• Fabricate and install screw pipe, socket weld pipe, stainless tubing, carbon steel weld pipe, stainless steel weld pipe.
• Miter and fabricate all pipe; install valves, underground pipe, pipe hangers and supports.
• Steam and heat tracing; use beveling machine; basic plumbing repair and minor valve maintenance.
• Test piping systems and perform leak tests; oxygen and acetylene cutting; basic rigging; operate pneumatic and electric tools.
