TIC_Craft is seeking a skilled pipefitter to plan, lay out, install and repair piping systems in accordance with plans, specs, and industry standards. The role involves reading isometrics, fabricating and installing piping efficiently, and welding components as required.

Responsibilities include aligning components, installing equipment and vessels, hydro testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and project rules. Outdoor work, heights, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools for piping installations.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lay out piping systems per plans and specs.
• Read isometrics, measure, fabricate, and install piping efficiently.
• Align, bolt, and clamp components for welding.
• Assemble and secure pipes and fittings by welding and threading.
• Position materials during installation and install items per plans.
• Identify material thickness and type of metal.
• Rig and rigging equipment handling.
• Operate beveling machines, grinders, threaders, torches, drills, and saws.
• Layout and install equipment, vessels, pumps, supports.
• Hydro test piping systems.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, and resources for work.
• Inspect subordinate work for compliance and quality.
