Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate installations.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding, and rigging practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pipefitter crews on commercial and industrial projects.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and manpower.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee the installation of hydronic, chilled water, steam, process, and plumbing piping systems.
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and company standards.
• Communicate project progress with project managers and field leadership.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced team members.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

Position Summary

Feldkamp Mechanical is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead commercial and industrial piping projects. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating installations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pipefitter crews on commercial and industrial projects
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and manpower
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee the installation of hydronic, chilled water, steam, process, and plumbing piping systems
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and company standards
