Worth & Company, Inc. is seeking on-site workers for our growing mechanical contracting team in the Mid-Atlantic region. We specialize in HVAC and Plumbing construction, design/build projects, and maintenance, with extensive prefabrication capabilities and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform various physical duties as assigned.
• Maintain all safety standards.
• Keep jobsite clean and organized.
• Move, secure, install, build, load, or unload materials.
• Perform some specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment.
