Job summary

Worley in Texas is seeking an experienced pipefitter/welder to read blueprints, lay out and fit fabricated parts, and install pipe, valves, and supports on industrial construction projects. You will use beveling and cutting tools, perform leak tests, and assist with rigging and basic plumbing tasks.

Qualified candidates have at least 4 years in industrial construction or maintenance, can interpret specifications, and work safely in a dynamic onsite environment focused on delivering sustainable

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, ISO standards, and field sketches.
• Experience fabricating and installing pipe, valves, and supports.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, ISO standards, field installations, and specifications.
• Fabricate and install screw pipe, socket weld pipe, stainless and carbon steel weld pipe.
• Miter and fabricate pipe; install valves, underground pipe, hangers and supports.
• Test piping systems and perform basic rigging and minor valve maintenance.
