Apex Pros Plumbing, Electric, Heating and Air is seeking a skilled pipe layer to join our excavation team, focusing on residential sewer and water service repairs and replacements in Central Ohio. You will work on job sites with a crew, follow OSHA safety procedures, and interact with customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Construction experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Experience with trenchless water, sewer, and gas work.
• Able to drive, haul a trailer, and operate a 5-ton dump truck.
• Ability to complete jobs within timelines.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

We are growing and have an excellent opportunity for a skilled pipe layer for our ever-growing excavation team, residential repair and replacement for sewer & water service.

Responsibilities

• Pipe Fitter on residential job sites
• Follow OSHA and Apex Plumbing Pros safety procedures
• Work with a crew to complete excavation work
• Interact with customers as needed
• Maintain excavation equipment
• Work in confined spaces and open trenches
• Using hand tools

Requirements

• Construction experience (residential and commercial)
• Load, unload and secure equipment on transport trailers according to guidelines
• Trenchless water, sewer & gas experience is a must.
• Driving, hauling a trailer, and comfortable operating a 5 ton dump truck.
• Complete jobs within specified timelines
• Comfortable working in various types of weather conditions.
