Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-36/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope

• Demo laundry facility
• Remove piping, and machines
• Install piping
• Prepare, implement, and support weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance as required for all machines and equipmentrepair as needed: operation equipment, warehouse equipment, facility, electrical, and plumbing
• Safekeeping and inventory of a small tools, kits, and power tools
• Set- up of all equipment prior to production runs, changeovers, and assembly (or disassembly)
• Work with all departments to maintain production and facility goals
• Complete daily records and work orders as needed
• Understand levels of line downtime caused by equipment issues and associated points of cause
• Using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
• Create and report repairs
• Complete the necessary work order documentation and keep track of the parts and materials used
