Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs for layout and installation.
  • Assemble, install, repair piping systems incl. cutting, threading, welding.
  • Install pipe supports, hangers, and anchors for alignment and support.
  • Perform pressure testing and inspections for system integrity.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain tools and equipment; keep a clean, safe work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Job Summary

ALTIVIA Petrochemicals, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Pipefitter to join our team at our Haverhill, OH facility. The Pipefitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems used in petrochemical processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pipefitting techniques, safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
  • Assemble, install, and repair piping systems, including cutting, threading, and welding pipes.
  • Install pipe supports, hangers, and anchors to ensure proper alignment and support.
  • Perform pressure testing and inspections to ensure system integrity and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Work Environment
