Job summary

DistributionNOW is seeking a hands-on associate to manage shipping cut orders, forklift operations, and yard logistics in a pipe yard environment. You will restock materials, load and unload trailers, and handle various order types in SAP, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years in heavy equipment operation with forklift certification for 5k and 10k models, plus solid communication and organizational skills to support branch teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience with heavy equipment operation.
• Forklift certification on 5k and 10k forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Create cut orders for shipping (same day orders and STOs).
• Operate forklift (5k or 10K) to load/unload trailers.
• Restocks materials and operates yard truck for loading/unloading trailers.
• Create NCR orders and Sub Contract POs for T&C.
• Prioritize pipe reconditioning and track repair orders in SAP.
