Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Pipe Welder for a long-term project in Orlando, FL. The role requires welding on carbon steel and stainless piping, reading blueprints and weld symbols, and working safely on site.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of commercial/industrial or shipyard welding experience, be able to pass drug screen and background check, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pipe welding experience in commercial, industrial, or shipyard settings.
• Proficient in multiple welding processes (Stick, TIG, CW, flux-core).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, align, and tack pipe for welding; ensure welds meet high-quality standards under inspection.
• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and various site conditions while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with pipefitters, foremen, and project supervisors to meet schedule and quality standards.
