Job summary

Skilled Performance Group is seeking experienced Combo Pipe Welders/Fitters for their growing team in the Greater Fort Worth area. This role involves fitting and welding carbon steel and stainless steel pipe to code-quality standards in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, with 3+ years of experience and the ability to pass a 6G GTAW/SMAW code welding test. Overtime and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Combo Pipe Welder/Fitter in industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environments.
• Proven experience fitting and welding process piping.
• Ability to pass a 6G GTAW/SMAW code welding test.
• Ability to read and interpret piping isometric drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication tolerances.
• Experience with carbon steel and stainless steel pipe.
• Ability to use measuring tools and layout equipment accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
