Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic OSHA-related knowledge for trenching, shoring and confined space work.
• Ability to read plans, profiles and details.
• Preference for a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor tasks on general site/highway construction and install utilities.
• Act as lead laborer to carry out directions from Crew Leader.
• Ensure proper installation of sewer, water lines and other utilities.
• Maintain safety, monitor excavations and communicate observations.
• Read and follow plans, test procedures, and site instructions.
