NOVA Company, NOV, is seeking a dedicated assembler/operator in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on operating finishing equipment, reading gauges, and handling measuring devices to ensure precise results. You will use saws and hand tools while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The work requires forklift certification, alertness to safety guidelines, and the ability to follow manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. OJT support and occasional travel are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years of verifiable work history
• Ability to read, write and speak English preferred

• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper
• Good vision required for safe operation of forklift
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
• Assist where and when needed as required
• Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided
• Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed
• Travel less than 10%
