Qualifications

  • Passed Gunderson A Test and Pipe Test.
  • Leadership experience required.
  • Advanced blueprint reading.
  • Proficient with ADP/timecards, NavisWorks and SharePoint.
  • Strong organization and critical thinking.
  • Ability to receive assignments and work efficiently without oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Direct employees to perform work within assigned area.
  • Interpret policies and enforce safety regulations.
  • Interpret specs, blueprints and job orders; assign duties.
  • Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Recommend improvements to methods, equipment and quality.
  • Communicate expectations and responsibilities clearly.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems; assist workers.
  • Motivate workers to achieve goals.
  • Report hours accurately for each employee.
  • Administer disciplinary actions per safety and productivity.
  • Monitor quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Review QA manual annually; provide training.
